The hotel is very close to the airport. there is direct access to a shopping mall and the metro. a bus interchange is accessible as well. Convenient access to disneyland is a plus.
The welcome amenity was minimal. A couple of biscuits came in a plastic wrapper. i received a bottle of water as well. This should not be considered a welcome amenity. other hotels offer much better amenities.

the breakfast was good. the staff was good.
I was disappointed with the level of service. no one really assisted me when i had issues. They just acknowledged my concerns without solutions. their attitude was unpleasant.

Really good stay near the airport
comfortable bed attentive staff rooftop bar extensive menu
i found the hotel very accessible to the airport. my room was spacious with a comfortable bed. the staff were very attentive and addressed my needs quickly. i enjoyed the rooftop bar that featured an extensive drink menu.
the elevator system requires using two separate lifts to access guest rooms which can be a little inconvenient

the hotel is near the airport and tung chung mtr station making it easy to access different parts of the city. it is located close to the asia world-expo perfect for business travelers. there is also easy access to ngong ping and tai o.

breakfast included egg custard tarts. the hotel has a hidden bar with many choices available. the executive lounge provides wine and snacks during certain hours. the hotel staff made me a wonderful birthday cake.

the front desk attendant carmela was warm and cute. concierge supervisor larry lai was very helpful with directions. the staff ensured the shuttle bus waited when my son lost his switch. front desk staff edith tsang was informative and helpful.

my room had a fine view of the mountains and sea. there were welcome drinks and treats in the room upon arrival. the room had a huge tv and full window view. the bed was very comfortable indeed.

unclear signage limited options
the check-in process felt somewhat impersonal i expected a warmer welcome. finding the elevators to the lobby was confusing the signage was unclear. also the room service menu had limited options. i would have appreciated more variety especially for late-night dining.

free tram dining option hotel design
The free tram ran to and from the airport. I found it in bays 12-14 of the bus terminal. It took only 15 minutes. The hotel also gave direct access to the large Citygate Shopping Mall with many dining options. The room included Chromecast, AirPlay, and Miracast on the TV. I could easily stream content from my devices. The hotel breakfast was good. The staff was very cordial and polite. The hotel design, from the lobby to the rooms, had great appeal. There was also a free shuttle every 60 minutes to the airport.
I found the room a bit small..

complimentary shuttle bus smooth check-in cozy lounge inconvenient lift access limited lounge hours afternoon tea session
I appreciated the complimentary hotel shuttle bus. it made getting to the hotel late at night easy. the check-in process was smooth. i liked the executive lounge. It felt private and cozy.
i found accessing the hotel rooms a bit inconvenient. there is no direct lift. i had to use two different lifts to reach my room. the lounge is only open from 11am to 7 pm. there was no afternoon tea session offered.
