The hotel is very close to the airport. there is direct access to a shopping mall and the metro. a bus interchange is accessible as well. Convenient access to disneyland is a plus.

The welcome amenity was minimal. A couple of biscuits came in a plastic wrapper. i received a bottle of water as well. This should not be considered a welcome amenity. other hotels offer much better amenities.

The free tram ran to and from the airport. I found it in bays 12-14 of the bus terminal. It took only 15 minutes. The hotel also gave direct access to the large Citygate Shopping Mall with many dining options. The room included Chromecast, AirPlay, and Miracast on the TV. I could easily stream content from my devices. The hotel breakfast was good. The staff was very cordial and polite. The hotel design, from the lobby to the rooms, had great appeal. There was also a free shuttle every 60 minutes to the airport.

I appreciated the complimentary hotel shuttle bus. it made getting to the hotel late at night easy. the check-in process was smooth. i liked the executive lounge. It felt private and cozy.

i found accessing the hotel rooms a bit inconvenient. the lounge is only open from 11am to 7 pm. there was no afternoon tea session offered.
